Karen Sensenig is a Prayer Minister at Ablaze Global Discipleship Ministry. She has a keen interest in, and compassion for the broken-hearted and oppressed. Being born and raised in an ultra-religious home and community, she is well acquainted with that type of bondage. She also has suffered various types of abuse. This is what has given her the level of compassion that is willing to walk with others through their journeys into wholeness and freedom.

Karen has gone through her own intense journey of emotional healing and deliverance from 2014-2018. During 2019 she had a short time serving as an apprentice in a healing and deliverance ministry. In April, 2020, she completed Loved to Life 1, a basic training in emotional healing and deliverance. This was through Covenant of Peace, in Harrisburg, PA. Also in 2020, she earned a Practitioner Certification in the Christian Healing Certification Program through Global Awakening in Mechanicsburg, PA. Currently she is finishing up the
Master Equipper course through Global Awakening College of Ministry, in Mechanicsburg, PA. In 2021, she also took a survivor’s course on the Primary Identity Approach for the Healing of DID through Restoration in Christ Ministries in Grottoes, Va.

Karen takes her relationship with God seriously and has pursued ways of strengthening that relationship She had been discipled by Pastor Lawrence Laniyi for several years and took a few training opportunities under him. It is her relationship with God and training under Pastor Lawrence, that gives her the courage and the confidence to stand strong against the spiritual attacks coming against wounded hearts. She also understands the protection that is available by being accountable to her mentors. Her desire is to see people set free from oppression and walk from woundedness into healing. She longs to see joy replace sorrow, peace replace confusion, and truth replace lies, in the lives of many. This is the focus of her prayers.
